Trail Journal Hike #1~ Thunder Creek

I have been logging my renewed love affair with the forest in my Trail Journal. This evening I painted from of photo the scene from our campsite-the best one there I might add- on the embankment that overlooked this glorious “creek”. As you can see it is more of a river from all the glacial run off. I am telling you it is true to its name. The color of the water alone was absolutely enchanting.
